I am 10 months post op from a mommy makeover. I requested a lift and for my breasts to be no bigger than they already were (34D). I wanted some “oomph” up top and of course, less sagging. My doctor said he could not give me smaller breasts due to my muscle structure but that they would look smaller due to being lifted. He used 385cc Natrelle Inspira implants. My issue now is that i still look like i need lift and my breasts appear droopy on the bottom. Is there an in-office procedure to fix?
