Breast shape doesn’t look right post lift & implants, can I fix in-office? (Photos)

I agree with your assessment- besides the addition of the scarring, it does not appear like your nipples have moved up at all- definitely needs to be redone- but I doubt they can do that in the office- I would perform it just like any other surgery in the surgery center.

Hello @KLite1982 thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is no procedure that can be done in the office. The solution is a breast revision or reconstruction to make the breast look according to my criteria with an adequate aesthetic result. That is, a breast that has a proper shape and proportion, a little conical and that has a little descent in the upper part. Best wishes!

Your results cannot be fixed in the office. In your before photograph, your breasts were low on the chest wall and your after photograph, your breasts are large and low on the chest wall. The lift technique was inadequate. The technique I recommend at this time is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

You're the second question I answered today with the same issue. Your breasts simply weren't lifted far enough. It's not uncommon to see this. The more your lift the breasts the tougher the procedure becomes. and riskier, especially if an implant is going to be used.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

What can be done in the office will need to be discussed with your surgeon. However, naturally, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest, and the base of your breast cannot be raised. You cannot have high round breasts.

Only way to "fix this" is redoing full breast lifting. Bst to seek a second opinion from boarded Plastic Surgeon in your area or virtual consult.

IMO you can't fix this with a simple in office touch up. You would need a full redo of the lift including a T scar to properly elevate the nipples, tighten and reshape the lower poles and remove the poor scars and possible retained areolar skin in the vertical scars. A lollipop surgery won't do IMO. This is tissue sculpting and you need to see a surgeon whose results you really like as no 2 surgeons are the same.
