No separation between breasts - can I wear a symmastia prevention bra? (photos)

Unfortunately your surgeon overdissected your pockets and gave you synmastia- you don't just have close cleavage- you have true synmastia. The thong bra isn't going to do you any good- you need a surgical repair. I correct synmastia with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique- I first developed this technique over 20 years ago and today it is the most common revision I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

A symmastia prevention bra will not work at this time. Your implants have too wide of a base, there is too much medial dissection and it appears you have some rippling in the right breast. You will need smaller implants and plication of the pockets medially.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Yes, do find a bra that has a tight sternal area to help minimize the closeness. Once you hit a year's time from surgery, bras will not change anything. Your implants base are little too wide for your chest.
