I had a breast lift with implants ten years ago. I was already a full C/D with lots of sagging. When I got my lift and implants they ended up looking square- flat like pancakes with no preojection. I’ve seen other lifts with implants look like this and am wondering what causes that? I’m going in for a new lift with implants soon and am just trying to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Also on a side note one of the implants sits a little higher and actually has loose skin hanging underneath it?

Answer: What causes square shape after breast lift with implants?
Good afternoon,
You do have some bottoming out and lateral displacement of your left side- which is commonly associated with discomfort or pain- and I'm sure it falls off to the side when you lay down. I think you would benefit from a donut mastopexy because your left nipple has also been pulled...
You only need a breast revision is you want one. Your result is just fine the way it is. You could get larger implants or a slight lift but I don't see the value of doing anything with the breasts at all. They look good
You do not have symmastia. However, your implants are very close together and the nipple-areola complexes are pointing outward. You would benefit from smaller implants and revision of the nipple-areola complexes.
