Which implants would be best to achieve a very natural look and increase in size? (Photos)

I am 47. My implants are 25 years old. Saline. 5 kids. 110 pounds. 5’4”. I am replacing my implants for silicone. The implants I have now were very high and round until the last 5 years. I would like to avoid that. I want to go bigger but I would like advice on how much bigger I can go. Also which implant would be best to give me a very natural shape, not round balls on my chest.

Your implants are too low on the chest wall.  I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method.  The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.  Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Based on your nicely posted photos, the result for 25 years is excellent. I would recommend exchange with possible open capsule release and increasing size to 450 cc or 500 cc high profile implants expect fees to range from $5000-$8000. Best of virtual consult with.
