Asymmetry after Capsulectomy - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

nsan4d
I had an implant exchange with unilateral capsulectomy on the LEFT side for rupture with CC. Original implants were 350cc UTM in 2010. Exchange was to 430cc. Right side was simple exchange. The left breast now sits at least 1/2 inch lower than the right breast and has an abnormal shape. The incision scar is still within the crease. At my 4 month post op visit my PS advised to wear a supportive underwire bra as much as possible during the day, which I’ve been doing. I’m now 6+months out and the problem persists. The hope was the bra would lift the implant weight and allow a new, supportive capsule to form, lifting the breast closer to the level of the right breast. The left implant also feels loose inside the pocket. I workout 4-5 x/week doing yoga and strength training and when bending over and standing, I feel the implant sliding from top to bottom. My PS did not discuss surgical revision yet, but I have an appointment next month. I am considering options such as: explant, revision with smaller implants (with possible capsullorhaphy) or unilateral capsullorhaphy on the left side. I’ve done a lot of research and I am assuming the left side is bottoming out after the supportive capsule was removed. The right side sits higher and has a rounded shape, it’s still soft, so I don’t believe it has CC. I am taking Singulair and doing massage only on the right side at this point per my PS. Vitamin E was stopped. Can I consider more surgery now? Thoughts?
