Possible rupture in Silicone implant - how do I proceed?

Giving530411
I've had silicone (800ccs) implants for 12 years and just found out from an ultrasound that there's a "possible" rupture in the right implant. Is the next step an MRI? If so, can any doctor order this? My original surgeon is across the country so I can't see him. I always thought I had capsular contracture in the right breast because it's always been tight, sit's a little high & sometimes aches on the outer edge. Could the ultrasound be wrong?
