Can Exchange for Smaller Implants be Done 6 months after Capsulectomy?

nsan4d
I had a rupture with cc of 15 year old implants and underwent implant exchange with unilateral capsulectomy and increased size from 350cc to 430cc. I am extremely unhappy with my results and feel these implants are way too large for my frame. I’m absolutely miserable. I’m 6 months out from that surgery now and would like these implants out. I have considered simple explant, but feel like I will be unhappy with the outcome. So my ideal option is to have these implants removed and replaced with 250-275cc or smaller implants. Can this be done at 6 months? At my 4 month follow up visit, the PS mentioned he wouldn’t even consider implant exchange until 1 year post op. But I am truly struggling daily with these implants. I am deeply miserable and in tears daily. I understand that a new capsule needs to form, especially if I will need a capsullhoraphy for smaller implants. Is this type of surgery something you’d consider doing 6 months from the capsulectomy? Or should I just keep working on my mental health for 6 months while waiting. I feel like the longer these implants are stretching my skin, the worst it gets. I will absolutely not change my mind and decide to keep these implants. I am 100% certain I want them out. Please advise.
