In order to increase size and upper pole fullness, do i choose Motiva Ergonomix 360cc or 400cc breast implants? (Photos)

I had a breast augmentation 13 years ago and had mid profile 315 tear dropped silimed. I am having the textured implants exchanged for the Motiva smooth ergonomix implant and am trying to decide on the Implant size. I have always felt like my implant was too small and not enough at the top. I am trying to decide between a 360cc or 400cc. I am about the same fat tissue percentage at 49, however more muscle composition now. Thanks for your assistance!
