Congratulations on your surgery meanbankrobber.  I tell all my patients no working out, heavy lifting, yoga etc for 4 weeks. I do allow them to do enjoyable walking. We want to prevent additional swelling in the areas that were operated on . I would follow your Plastic Surgeon's recommendations....

At 3 weeks post op it is normal to be swollen I recommend you visit your PS to discuss your concerns and maybe change you garment  for a different one, best of luck.

As you swell after surgery, the kinesio tape may provide a a focal point for shearing forces which could cause your skin to blister. There are no shortcuts to healing!
