Fat around my mouth? What procedures could make this go away? (Photo)

I have noticed this since high school (I'm now 20), I have some sort of fat pockets around my mouth. It forms a shadow and looks like i have lines around my mouth. I hate it to pieces. I hate to take pictures because of it-- all the rest. What are any and/or all the possible procedures I could take to make this go away? I'm sick of disliking features on my face!

How much operating room time would liposuction of the abdomen and flanks take?

For almost all my liposuctions which are done under tumescent local with the smaller micro cannulas, the time is 4-5 hrs from the time they walk in until the lime they walk out. I stand them up several times during the procedure to access the results and fine tune the results right then and there.

What does it mean exactly when a surgeon says "lipo to flanks"? How far around the sides of the abdomen does that go?

Liposuction to the flanks means removing fat by method of suction from the love handles. Same pertains to the abdomen.

Either there is too much skin remaining that has not tightened and then you need either external skin tightening or skin removal, or there is more fat there that should be removed. I suggest speaking to your physician if you are worried or getting a second opinion.  It takes month to see...

I had a DIEP flap (breast reconstruction) w/out lipo. No lipo option. The hip fat is much more visual & has added inches (Photo)
