I had this since I was little but is seeming to get worse as I age. They used to be even and one was just a little droopy but now they are different shaped on the bottom and one is not as open.

Answer: Eyes different shape Hi: If the asymmetry has been present since you were little, it may be a congenital variation. However, It appears that your left lower lid may be retracted ,or lower than the right lower lid. There are a number of other causes such as facial trauma and high thyroid conditions to name a few. A general medical evaluation, consultation with an Oculoplastic surgeon and a CT scan of the face and orbits are advised prior to any eyelid surgery.
