CAn anything be done to help tear ducts flow better I have very dry eyes. Who specializes in this procedure? What is average number of surgeries needed and what is average hospital stay per surgery? Will this procedure crowd my sinuses? I already have allergy sinus discomfort and I want excess tissue removed, not just squished into my sinus cavity.

Hello and thanks so much for your question and photos. Your eyes are actually very nice and I am not sure that surgery would improve much. I strongly recommend that you visit a surgeon that specializes in the eyes in order to receive an in depth consultation. All the best!!!
An oculoplastics consultation would be wise. You may have a normal degree of asymmetry, but even if this is longstanding, it would be good to have a diagnosis. Thyroid problems, sinus problems, refractive differences, and many other etiologies can cause one eye to appear larger than the other....
