I need orbital decompression with tissue removal. What is cost, procedures & recovery time on average for the procedure? (Photo)

CAn anything be done to help tear ducts flow better I have very dry eyes. Who specializes in this procedure? What is average number of surgeries needed and what is average hospital stay per surgery? Will this procedure crowd my sinuses? I already have allergy sinus discomfort and I want excess tissue removed, not just squished into my sinus cavity.
