CAn anything be done to help tear ducts flow better I have very dry eyes. Who specializes in this procedure? What is average number of surgeries needed and what is average hospital stay per surgery? Will this procedure crowd my sinuses? I already have allergy sinus discomfort and I want excess tissue removed, not just squished into my sinus cavity.

Please see following website link and video for information on orbital decompression for bulging eyes causing incomplete eye closure and dry eyes. From the photo, you appear to be a good candidate and would greatly benefit from the procedure. Both eyes can be done together, on outpatient basis. Personal consultation is needed which can be in person or via Skype.
