See up Nostrils to much from dead-front view after Rhinoplasty

I would defintely give it time. With the swelling that occurs with rhinoplasty, the tip is always rotated up to some degree in the immediate post operative period. It usually comes down after several weeks or at most a few months. Good luck! 

Without photos it is difficult to comment; however, two weeks after surgery is much too early to asses tip results.  In some cases, the angle between the upper lip and the nose will narrow in time as the nose settles and the swelling subsides.

As you’re only two weeks following your rhinoplasty it is
very important that you follow-up with your rhinoplasty surgeon as it is very
difficult to tell the ultimate location of both the nostrils, the columella and
the nasal tip at two weeks. The amount
of swelling and edema can greatly distort tissues and often what seems alarming
initially will settle tremendously by 6 to 12 weeks. The nasal tip itself and the alar nostril
columella relations this may take many weeks to settle and you may ultimately
be very happy with your result.

Stay in close contact with your operating plastic or ear,
nose, throat, facial plastic surgeon as they are in the best position to help
you as they know the anatomic structure of your nose pre-operatively and the
techniques that were used. Corrective
nasal surgery is rarely involved with an excellent nose surgeon and I’m sure
you’re in good hands and will get a great result.
