My ala sits lower than columella, and nose a bit too big for face. which i have always disliked. Dr. suggested: reduce the hump on bridge, slightly narrow bridge thickness, refine/deproject tip a bit, reduce nostril size a bit. I'm only 2 weeks post surgery and like everything except now it seems i can see even more up nostrils from dead-front view-which was my main issue. It looks piggish. My surgeon is great however im concerned Is this swelling or too much deprojection.?

You are receiving good advice from other surgeons on this page. In the face of a cultured infection remove the silicone. It will be your surgeon's decision perhaps with the consultation of an infectious disease specialist as to how long before re-operation. Diced cartilage in temporal is fascia...
A rhinoplasty can be done to reduce the size of your nose. Definition and refinement will be limited because of your very thick skin. However surgery combined with skin treatment will provide improvement. See an experienced rhinioplasty surgeon to establish reasonable expectations.
The other way of answering your question about your growth potential, and the feasibility of rhinoplasty surgery is to ask your pediatrician. Hope this helps, and thanks for the great question! Dr Joseph
