Facial growth is gender-specific, as women usually finish by their later teen years, and men can take into their early 20s.  We usually recommend performing a rhinoplasty after the age of 18, as the facial growth has begun to slow down.  I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation that will show you what your nose COULD look like after surgery, and formulate a plan tailored to your needs and wishes. Facial maturity for girls can often be seen by age 15 or 16. For boys it might be closer to 18. Your best advice is to seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or ENT experienced in nasal surgery to find out how you can best be helped. Best of luck to you.
