I have heard many times that you should wait to get nose surgery (a septorhinoplasty in my case) until you are done growing. How do I know if I am done growing. What are some signs to look for?

Answer: Rhinoplasty Age Thank you for your question. It is difficult to say the exact age at which the facial skeleton will stop growing completely. When you see no change in size or shape in your picture for a year or two you can safely assume that your growth is mostly done (if you are in your late teens). All The Best.
