Facial growth is gender-specific, as women usually finish by their later teen years, and men can take into their early 20s.  We usually recommend performing a rhinoplasty after the age of 18, as the facial growth has begun to slow down.  I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation that will show you what your nose COULD look like after surgery, and formulate a plan tailored to your needs and wishes. Men, in particular, should be cautious about having a nose reduction too young. The jaw on a male grows up to age 21 and can balance a large nose, or overpower a weak and overly reduced nose.
