Thank you for your question. The recommended BMI prior to an elective surgery is less than 30 for health and safety reasons. I would recommend losing weight first to reduce your rate of complications and optimize your results. Your photos do not appear to be realistic. 
Seek a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field

Your wish pics are not realistic without a tummy tuck. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. For safety and recovery reasons, it is not advisable to combine these procedures. You can divide these procedures in two sessions, six months apart.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back, thighs, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Safe Subcutaneous Buttock Augmentation (SSBA) is a new name given to the safe technique of placing fat under the skin and not in the muscle.  BBL can involve fat placed in or below the muscle and can result in paralysis or death.  Regarding your desire to remain in Chicago, I do operate in chicago in a monthly basis. 
Patients who have had several children and/or have ample fat in the abdominal and back region  can have greats results with SSBA.  Often these patients experience significant skin laxity after abdominal fat removal, and may require abdominoplasty as a second procedure.    Based on your photos, I would tell you that you are one of these patients.  
You should select a surgeon who has performed this procedure thousands of times, teaches colleagues on safety, and performs demonstration surgery worldwide.

it seems like the only question you are asking is if you wish pictures are realistic or not.  They're not realistic. Not even close.  Your pictures show you're a Abdomen sticks out further than you are wide.  You should lose a substantial amount of weight.  This is all about eating less food, eating at the correct type of food in the right amounts In the correct frequency. I assure you there are plenty of very talented plastic surgeons in Chicago.   The patient and the before and after picture you depicted in your wish picture does not look anything close to you.  Find before and after pictures of people who have similar body shapes and sizes to your own in order to get an idea of what's actually possible.  Without weight loss your excess intra-abdominal fat in combination with muscle separation from your previous pregnancy will leave you with a  large abdomen.  Your best result without question will be weight loss followed by an appropriate full tummy tuck when the time is right.  That is the most appropriate procedure for you.  Nobody has to have any cosmetic procedure but choosing the incorrect procedure will not give you the best results which may or may be what you want.  If you only want liposuction and fat transfer then check out elite body sculpture.  They have an office in Chicago and typically do good work. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
