2 months post-op. Ton of scar tissue, burning, ripping feeling when I get out of bed or sit up. Is this normal? What can I do?

I had a BBL/lipo 360 to back/stomach. Wore garment for 2 months and completed 12 lymphatic drainage massages. Every time I wake up and try to get out of bed or stand up, I experience an awful burning/pulling/tearing sensation on my sides and back. My back gets so hot that when I touch my skin it’s sweating. Is this normal? When will it go away? Anything I can do? I can’t take it anymore. My PS said I could resume normal activity after 2 weeks but I could barely walk.
