Hello so heres my before I really dislike my results its been two months after my tummy tuck and Im still swollen ? Besides wearing the compression garment and getting thee massages is there anything else I could do? Plz help

Swelling after a tummy tuck can take months to resolve. Two months isn't a very long time as far as healing after at tummy tuck is concerned.Over the next few months, you'll notice a decrease in swelling.Chances are you'll be very happy with your final results.  Hang in there!

You are very early in the post-operative period and should expect to have swelling for three to six months following your tummy tuck surgery, Use of a properly fitted compression garment will help decrease the length and severity of the post-operative swelling. As the swelling decreases, the contour of your abdomen, flanks, and hips will dramatically improve. Please follow your plastic surgeons specific advice regarding your level of physical activity. Final results from cosmetic procedures can't really be appreciated until six months post-op - sometimes even longer.  But make a list of what you're concerned about, make sure you're eating healthily to preserve and enhance your ultimate results, and stay in close contact with your surgeon.  Best of luck!
