Extended TT, week 8 and I still look like a before picture?

I recommend that you wait until closer to 6 months post op before evaluating your results, and then discuss any next steps with your Plastic Surgeon.All the best

And that mainly was due to not outlining the surgical limits and expectations. Your history is complex and certainly the previous pancreatectomy does put you at higher risk with having a secondary abdominal procedure. Plastic surgery, in this case, a tummy tuck, is not a substitute for weight loss.In my professional opinion, most patients with a BMI higher than 30, are not candidates for TT or liposuction. I recommend my patients to get to a healthier BMI, before considering a cosmetic, elective procedure in order to obtain a better result with minimal chances of complication.Patients that can not reduce their BMI, should consider bariatric surgery.You had an adequate result, but appears that you expected more from it, you should talk to your surgeon and see what he/she recommends.
