Is 18 too young to be doing Chin Liposuction?

Is 18 too young to be doing Chin lipo? Disregarding financial aspects, I'm referring to whether or not there are any particular hazards to lipo at such a young age. Thank you.

There would not be an increased risk for a healthy 18 year old to undergo liposuction under the chin.  An exam or photos would be needed to determine if you might be a good candidate for the procedure.

Assuming you have the indications for  liposuction, your age at 18 years old carries no increase risk or inherent hazards. However it is not a substitute for weight loss. Young adults may have better results than older adults due to better skin contraction or tightening after liposuction. Older adults may need a lifting procedure and or platysmaplasty with their liposuction.  One should see a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon for your neck rejuvenation options.
