Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thanks for your question, I have had multiple wonderful results on skinny patients with BBL, although is hard to say without an in person consultation. What I see in the images is that you might have enough fat for grafting a moderate natural projection. I would recommend that you have a face to face consultation with an expert board certified surgeon in order to get an accurate advice and to discuss thoroughly all your expectations vs. possible outcome and the technique that will suit your case the most. In patients with limited fat storage, I like to use WAL - body jet as in my experience the amount of take is higher approximately 80%. You would need to have a consultation to discuss precise recommendations. At that time, you may undergo ilipo simulation of your post-operative results. 

You would have to be seen in person to determine if you have enough fat reserves to harvest for fat injection. Best of luck.

You probably have enough donor fat in the lower back and abdomen and inner thighs and knees to do a 600 to 800 mL each side BBL. This would give you a rounder look in your buttocks and a more shapely butt. You can look at some photographs of BBL's on the enclosed website. There are many ways to approach buttock reshaping.  The trend is moving more and more towards using fat grafting alone to alter the shape of the buttocks.  If volume is your goal, the availability of enough fat to make significant changes in the gluteal region can be a limiting factor in helping thin individuals achieve their goals. Some would recommend weight gain prior to operation, while others may recommend implant based surgery or a combination of implants and fat transfer. Keep in mind that it is not just volume added that will improve the aesthetic appearance of your buttocks.  Gluteal sculpting with a little liposuction here and a little fat grafting there can give dramatic results in the appearance of your buttocks without changing volume too much.  I would definitely recommend scheduling a consult with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and desired look.  They will help formulate a plan that suits your individual goals and desires.  Hope this is helpful!

I think you very well may be a candidate for the BBL, as long as you have realistic expectation.  But you need to be examined. You should consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience in performing the BBL. Good luck!
