Can i get an hourglass shape with these love handles?

I am looking for a Board Certified Doctor in the Houston/Woodlands area who can give me around 700-750 cc per cheek and 100-150 in the hips as of today.(yes this is negotiable) I weigh 146.6 and gaining.researching for several years off and on and now i'm ready!.I have RA Controlled for 18yrs willing to stop Naproxen prior to surgery because it thins the blood and yes i've been doing my research Have Pics on my profile! I dont want to come out of surgery and the Nurse say i only got 200-400cc

Dear ChayChay, yes you are a good candidate for a hourglass shape. You could a have perform a nice liposculpture of your upper and lower back which would increase your waist line. A BBL would add volume and shape to your buttock and hip area and you have more than enough fat to transfer. I would suggest you, since you already had a hysterectomy, to also consider to have perform a tummy tuck to obtain a flatter abdomen. Good luck.

Yes, it is possible. Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
