Can i get an hourglass shape with these love handles?

Dear ChayChay, yes you are a good candidate for a hourglass shape. You could a have perform a nice liposculpture of your upper and lower back which would increase your waist line. A BBL would add volume and shape to your buttock and hip area and you have more than enough fat to transfer. I would suggest you, since you already had a hysterectomy, to also consider to have perform a tummy tuck to obtain a flatter abdomen. Good luck.
