The cost of a particular procedure is very variable, different patients may need more areas of liposuction, or the procedure may take longer, also the type of anesthesia used, if the surgery is done in a hospital vs a surgical facility, also is different in different cities, even in the same city, you will find different cost, as the surgeons reputation, results, experience, etc. The cost of $4500.00 for the BBL, seems to be reasonable it is the average I charge for the BBL in Mexico.

The average cost and payment plans varies a lot depending on the clinic, the country, city and the plastic surgeon. It also depends on the number of areas treated with liposuction. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

The fees for a BBL will vary from surgeon to surgeon and in different regions of the country. I will say that I doubt you would find anyone in NYC offering it that low.

Thank you for your question .One of the main reason why is because surgeons in Miami are ok with having more than 3-4 procedures a day in order to make the same amount of profit as other surgeons that choose to have 4-6 a week . All surgeons will give you around the same amount of results as they all have to obey the same health department laws. I personally have worked with Dr. Fisher and i can tell you he is a very good surgeon and has very good results along with patient satisfactory results.
