Secondary liposuction to correct asymmetries is feasible and occasionally may be performed under local anesthesia. I prefer ultrasonic (VASER) liposuction to emulsify the fat in between scar tissue in secondary cases. You would need to have a consultation for precise recommendations.

Yes liposuction can be used to corrected these asymmetries and in the proper hands should not yield contour irregularities such as dimpling or excessive flattening.  Find a good plastic surgeon in your area that can show you some before and afters and go in for an exam.  Best wishes and take care.

In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Thank you for your question.  Your photos suggest that your asymmetry may be due to a difference in the position of your pelvis and hip bones.  This can happen in patients with a history of scoliosis.  This kind of asymmetry cannot be completely corrected with liposuction.  Asymmetric fat deposits can be treated with liposuction successfully.  I would recommend a consultation to examine you in order to determine how much improvement liposuction may afford.  Best wishes.

Everyone has some asymmetry. This is often due to the differences in the underlying bony and soft tissue anatomy. They will never be perfectely equal but inm any cases they can be improved. Best to be seen in person.  Reduction and augmentation technqiues can be employed.
