Which procedure can I do to compliment ultherapy results?

I would like to do a laser or rf procedure to help tighten face. I received ultherapy couple weeks ago but would like to to do another type of procedure to help results and skin texture that has very little downtime.

Ultherapy helps to tighten skin and lift skin deep down so it helps with lifting the brow, the jawline and neckline primarily.  If you're looking the improve the surface of the skin, such as pores and brown spots, then a no downtime superficial chemical peel (would need 3-6 depending on skin type) would be a good option or you could have a fractionated CO2 laser however, most people to get a good result would need about 7 days downtime.  Another great option is microneedling.  It improves acne scars, fine lines, texture and gives tightening over 4-6 sessions without any downtime and can be done in the summer.  Fillers are always a great option to use with ultherapy because most people have loose skin and volume loss at the same time.  A combination of any of these therapies, depending on the way your aging, can be great.

Combination treatment is the best way to get the most spectacular results when it comes to nonsurgical cosmetic procedures. Ultherapy will do a wonderful job of tightening and lifting your face, and is the only device FDA cleared for a nonsurgical lift of the brow and neck skin.  You can choose from a number of lasers to resurface and smooth out your skin, stimulate more collagen and elastin production, and tighten your skin further. I have published extensively on this and did a retrospective study where we combined IPL with Ultherapy and another one where I combined IPL ultherapy and Fractionated CO2.  There are many choices you could have, depending on your needs. We specialize in combination treatments both on the skin tightening, resurfacing and laser modalities as well as injectables.Non-surgical combination treatments are the most effective for wow results and highly impactful patient outcomes. Ultherapy in combination with Sublative Fractional RF laser for skin tone, texture and tightening is great, especially in combination with toxin injections like Botox, Dysport or Xeomin and fillers like Juvederm, Radiesse or Restylane.Since Ulthera takes up to six months for results to bloom, doing resurfacing procedures in combination such as microneedling, chemical peels or lasers is instant gratification.  Using at home regimen such as Sente' and Skin Medica products will make measurable improvements as well.Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Hello,In our office we have seen great results when Ultherapy is coupled with 1540 non-ablative fraxel laser resurfacing.  Fractional Laser skin resurfacing uses laser energy microbeams on many different skin types to dramatically improve skin. It works on challenging scars, fine lines and ‘rough’ texture to create smoother, healthier, younger looking skin.  The fraxel laser heats up the skin to stimulate collagen and further compliment your Ultherapy procedure as they work synergistically together to tighten skin.  We also use a repair kit by Neocutis which has growth factors to expedite the healing process and maximize collagen production.Good Luck!
