Dr recommended upper bleph to fix extra fat near nose and lower bleph with his "cheek" lift to eliminate malar festoons. Dr also said the outward ends of my eyes tilt slightly downward and will lift up. Dr said no fat under my eyes. Dr felt there was still filler and wanted to dissolve.

You have significant hemi-exophthalmos or relative proptosis. You will not have success with canthoplasty. Orbital decompression is the right approach. Save your money for the right procedure.

First it is important to ensure you are not suffering from an allergic reaction to any topical ointments being placed on your eye. This is a common reaction in eyelid surgery. Discuss with your surgeon to see if starting an oral steroid would be beneficial.
