I had upper and lower eyelid surgery and have beautiful results. Dr. Mohadjer is the best in the area. Her follow up care was thorough. My scars are invisible. After swelling subsided completely, my final results were seen in about 5 months. I am extremely happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Mohadjer.
Dr. Mohadjer has the best results for a “brow lift” with Botox! She is certified as an expert injector and it shows in her results. The office staff and Dr. Mohadjer make each appointment something wonderful to look forward to.
Dear ForeverYoung25, I am sorry you had a bad outcome with your filler injections. I am glad that the dissolving is helping. I usually have my patients wait about 2 weeks between hyaluronidase injections to let all the swelling resolve as well from the dissolving. You may find that if you wait another 10 days or so you will be much more pleased and the area will look a lot better than what it looks like now. If you need more, I think 2 weeks would give you the best results.
Dear npoliver, As an Oculoplastic surgeon, this is a disease I see frequently in my practice. For patients that have active TED (thyroid eye disease) there is a wonderful new drug recently approved by the FDA that has changed the course of this disease for many who suffer from it. It is called Tepezza and is given by IV every 3 weeks for approx 24 weeks. It can reverse the signs and symptoms of TED and cause your swelling to recede. I would certainly seek a consultation from an Oculoplastic surgeon in your area. (You can find one on ASOPRS.org) If you do not precede with treatment at this time, I would certainly wait until your disease is stable and inactive (15-18 months in a non-smoker, up to 2 years or more in a smoker) to proceed with any surgical options to ensure you have the best result and protect your eyes in the best way possible. If you are a smoker, quit! We know that smoking causes the active phase to be more aggressive, less controlled, and more likely to cause long term effects. Good luck
Hello, thank you for your question! You can make a significant improvement with hyaluronic fillers like Juvéderm or Restylane in that area. These fillers can be used to blend in the > shape that you don't like. In this area, there isn't a lot of movement, and thus fillers could last you over a year. I routinely perform this procedure for my patients. Please seek out a qualified Oculoplastic, facial plastic, or dermatologist physician to provide this expert service for you. Best of luck
Hello, I assume your second photo is the most recent one. Your ptosis on your left side is getting worse, I agree, and certainly may be at the point where insurance would cover it. I would recommend you obtain a consultation with an Oculoplastic Surgeon to assess your findings, advise you, and ascertain whether or not insurance will cover it.As far as the hollows, with ptosis, because the lid is lower, you will appear more hollow. When that is raised back to the normal position, you will appear less hollow, and see less of your eyelid like on your right side. However, if you still feel hollow, these areas could be filled with filler (again, I would seek an Oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in these delicate procedures). Other things to make the eye appear less hollow would be to apply neurotoxin to above the brows to drop them a little and make your hollow upper sulcus less obvious. I would address the ptosis first, and then decide if the hollow is still a concern! Good luck
Dear Resourceful, Yes, you can receive these products on the same day. I do this routinely in my Oculofacial Plastic Surgery practice. Please make sure you see an expert injector as you must be very conservative with both Botox and Fillers in this delicate area.
