After a revision rhinoplasty, nose trauma changed my front profile. Surgeon says that a closed rhinoplasty touch up can fix the flat appearance that I’m pointing at with marking possibly using ear cartilage from myself. Does this seem reasonable or must I seek other opinions?

Yes, a tip-plasty could certainly improve the shape of your tip and the overall proportions of how your nose fits your face. Based on the views you provide, this would be a reasonable plan to minimize the extent of a revision surgery while still addressing your concerns.
Since columella incisions are at the base of the nose and are not typically seen on any view except the base view, this should not be a source of significant concern. Since this is at the very bottom of your nose, it will remain swollen for the longest period. I hope this helps. Sincerely Dr Joseph
