Help, I just had rhinoplasty 5 months ago to remove my bump which I was super insecure about and I feel as tho my new nose doesn't suit my face my nostrils are too weird and narrow and tip is bigger. . I'm regretting now because I missed how I look from the front. What should I do. Here's my before and after

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty The pictures are good but with revisions, it's very important that you see someone in consult, ideally in person. 5 months is still early and your nose might change but consider a consultation for revision around the 1 year mark. Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty Questions. The first thing I would recommend is to wait at least 9 months following her initial rhinoplasty surgery. This would allow any swelling, etc. to resolve prior to undertaking a procedure.Additional views of your nose before and after would also be extremely helpful. Based on the limited views that I see, the middle vault of your nose appears to be wide. Furthermore the tip structures seemed to be poorly defined especially on the last photograph provided. This is not enough to make a complete assessment on what needs to be done.I would recommend seeking out and experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon. The best time to do this would be approximately 9 months following your initial surgery so that an exact assessment of what needs to be done can be performed. Good luck
