My nose is really big from the front and my side profile isokay but I have asymmetrical nostrils hole sizes and I want them the EXACT SAME thank you I’m looking for a Dallas FortWorth based surgeon

Keep in mind that even with rhinoplasty, there will be some minor asymmetries. Every face has some degree of asymmetry, and while improvements are possible, surgery cannot cure this issue. It is important to have proper expectations prior to facial surgery, especially rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty costs are going to vary widely from one market and surgeon to another. Expect costs to start around the $6000-$7000 range and go up from there.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. Your nostril asymmetry can be improved.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

First of all, there is no perfect nose, and your nostrils will never be symmetrical. Its important to have realistic expectations about what can and cannot be accomplished with the procedure.  From the frontal view, the  nasal bones can be narrowed  and the tip  narrowed/refined. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your anatomy of your nose. The cost of a rhinoplasty procedure directly related to time monitored under anesthesia by a physician anesthesiologist, time in the operating room, and the surgeon's professional fees for performing the procedure in addition to all of the follow-ups.
