Keep in mind that at just 2 weeks after your procedure, you’re still experiencing swelling and bruising, so what you see now is not your final result. I would suggest giving yourself some more time to recover before judging your results too closely. If you’re still not happy with the shape of your nose once all swelling as subsided, then you might want to talk to your plastic surgeon about a revision rhinoplasty.

It's still too soon to tell what your final results will be. You need to have patience with your body as it begins to heal. The skin, bone and cartilage are all traumatized during surgery. Inflammation (swelling) is the normal response and will help your nose to heal and look beautiful in the end. If, one year from now, you are unhappy with your nose, then that is the time to think about a revision procedure. Right now, concentrate on other things you like to do and let your nose and under eyes take the time to heal. Two weeks post op is too early to judge your outcome.  When a large hump is removed, the skin has to redrape or contract over the new position of your dorsum.  Give it a year before reviewing your outcome, and keep all follow ups with your doctor.

NO! It is apparent that your result is unsatisfactory. Unless you were clear that you wanted the hump to remain - it should be gone. Any further comment must have the benefit of physical exam and a complete and thorough discussion of your Rhinoplasty goals. I would seek a second opinion from an experienced Board Certified PS with extensive experience in closed technique ( no scar across columella)
