I am Asian and getting a modest breast aug with a breast lift. I tend to get hyperpigmentation from scars due to my ethnicity which fade to some degree over time. My question: Can women of color develop keloid scars around the areola where the nipple has been repositioned in a breast lift? I hope not. Any tips on how to lessen keloid scarring is appreciated.
