Is a lift/augmentation at the same time dangerous, or safer with small implant size? (Photo)

If you have a fair amount of breast tissue, then a lift with the augmentation is safe. If you have little breast tissue, then the two would need to be done separately. Usually, the lift is done first and the implant added later once healed. The lift does decrease the blood flow to the nipple when the incision is made around the areola. Smaller implants are always safer and less stress on your tissue and less likely to sag.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
