I have lost 100lbs and have a few issues with my breasts and loose skin and trying to determine the best procedure to deal with the issues. I am looking to lift and enlarge my breasts and remove the skin on my arms and at the side/below my breasts.
Answer: Skin Congratulations on your weight loss. Do the extended breast lift and arm tuck first. Then you can consider getting implants if you want more fullness once everything has healed.

Answer: Lift and brachioplasty For your breasts, I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. This technique will also lift up your upper abdominal skin. For your breasts, I recommend a brachioplasty. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Loose skin Dear Emg25, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from breast lift and arm lift. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Candidacy for upper body lift? Hi and welcome to our forum! Congratulations on your weight loss...From your photos, I note breast asymmetry in size and shape. The nipples reside at different "altitudes", with different degrees of sag. There is a roll of excess skin and soft tissue extending circumferentially at the bra line. There is moderate skin and soft tissue excess of the upper arms. An option of treatment would consist of an upper body lift to eliminate the bra roll fullness and lax skin of the trunk, and a differential fill breast augmentation with full pattern breast lift to improve symmetry, elevate the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position, and conify breast shape. Brachioplasty will eliminate the fullness of the upper arms. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion. Best wishes...
