Over or under with 200cc low profile? (Photo)

I am 5 feet/116 pounds. I am having a breast lift with a modest augmentation. I am a B cup (when 10 lbs. lighter I am an A cup). I don't really want larger breasts and was considering lift only, but for fullness and long term satisfaction an implant was needed. I have a wide diameter. 200cc LOW profile, round, silicone was recommended. I want a natural look; from my photos is over or under the muscle better? Will a low profile make them TOO close together? I don’t want them touching.
