Scratching scalp hard after rhinoplasty?

Would scratching my scalp hard because it itches cause damage to nose 2 weeks post septorhinplasty (revision with graft)? I ask this because my there is obvious movement of my head while scratching. It just itches really bad.

Scratching your scalp should not cause damage to your nose. You can cause damage by hitting your nose and there is visible damage but not by scratching your head. If you are having nose bleeds after scratching then I would be concerned. I would just advise to be cautious with your arm when you are reaching over. Also be aware to not scratch to vigorously as you are still healing 2-weeks post op
