Hi, I advise to see an ENT consultant to evaluate your underlying nasal allergies. A physical examination will define better what is the cause of your nose indentation, however this could be a combination of cartilage and tissue matter.
You appear to have thin nasal skin, and the indentation in your tip may be where your two tip cartilages diverge. This may be improved with filler or rhinoplasty. I'm not sure why this has only been present for a couple of days - I suspect it has been there for longer. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
