Can I do rhinoplasty 1 year later after a minor Bellafill occlusion on nose bridge?

It should be ok to have the rhinoplasty surgery if your skin is healthy, and the occlusion incident you had has been treated. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you first and discuss your goals from the surgery.

You are completely fine to proceed with formal rhinoplasty. Bellafill is not one of the products I would have used for your liquid rhinoplasty as it is not easily reversible due to the significant longevity of the product. Having said that, an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to remove he majority if not all of the product during your formal rhinoplasty procedure.

One year after filler injection it would be safe to proceed with rhinoplasty. This is an issue that you should discuss with your rhinoplasty surgeon ahead of surgery. Good luck.

You can certainly do a closed rhinoplasty. If the skin is healthy you should be able to do an open rhinoplasty too. Regardless, make sure that you disclose the history of occlusion to your surgeon at the time of consultation.
