How to fix asymmetry, cellulite and upper butt fat on one side? (photos)

Question

It’s been two years since my bbl surgery and I’m really disappointed with my results and my butt is noticeably uneven. My right butt has an upper butt pocket of fat that really bothers me and the shapes are very different. I also have a lot of cellulite. Will fillers fix this, cool sculpting, a revision, cellfina? I don’t want a bigger butt, just a smoother and shapelier butt- ideally like my left butt cheek.

Buttock asymmetry after fat transfer may happen due to several reasons. Must frequent is uneven graft take and fat necrosis in different parts and sides of grafted areas. This is not surgeon and technique dependent and may be seen usually a year or longer after surgery. If deformity is obvious, secondary fat grafting may be considered. However, fat grafts are not solution for cellulite; some improvement may be seen immediately after surgery due to swelling but this beneficial effect will go away within few months, unfortunately.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL revision, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
