Buttock asymmetry after fat transfer may happen due to several reasons. Must frequent is uneven graft take and fat necrosis in different parts and sides of grafted areas. This is not surgeon and technique dependent and may be seen usually a year or longer after surgery. If deformity is obvious, secondary fat grafting may be considered. However, fat grafts are not solution for cellulite; some improvement may be seen immediately after surgery due to swelling but this beneficial effect will go away within few months, unfortunately.
