Buttock asymmetry after fat transfer may happen due to several reasons. Must frequent is uneven graft take and fat necrosis in different parts and sides of grafted areas. This is not surgeon and technique dependent and may be seen usually a year or longer after surgery. If deformity is obvious, secondary fat grafting may be considered. However, fat grafts are not solution for cellulite; some improvement may be seen immediately after surgery due to swelling but this beneficial effect will go away within few months, unfortunately.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL revision, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

Cellulite is often made worse with fat transfer.The best treatment for this is Subsicion.Fillers  alone are not going to be useful.in order in order for us to assess the outcome of your procedure we need to post proper before and after pictures.Gluteal asymmetry is common and many people who are concerned about asymmetry after this procedure had at least some asymmetry to start with.From your pictures it appears that the transition from your buttocks to your thigh is slightly insufficient.I suggest discussing your concerns with your provider.  I’m sure he or she would be happy to talk about a revision if indicated.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
