Can I get BBL/just lipo after fat dissolving injections like Kybella?

What I recommend you is be consulted by board certified plastic surgeon specialized in Body Contour, who knows individualize each patient to give you the better advice.

Thank you for your question. I do not understand your reasoning. Kybella melts fat and leaves behind scar tissue. It is good for small areas, like the neck, or submentum, it takes multiple treatments and the outcome is not guaranteed. Doing liposuction for a BBL is a technical and artistic operation. To create an hourglass figure, the whole torso needs to be liposuctioned 360 degrees and the obtained fat used to shape and enhance the buttocks. If you are planning to spend lots of money to melt fat on the abdomen and back, I suggest do not do it. The scarring and unevenness created will be harder to work with.See a board certified plastic surgeon who can explain to you these differences. Good luck.

Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office.  I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable.  It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella.
