Any alcoholic beverages can thin the blood a little making the potential for bruising and bleeding higher, so for more invasive injections (e.g., Botulinum wrinkle blocker, filler etc.) or procedures then stopping 7-10 days in advance can help lessen these risks. I would avoid it all together for 7-10 days before.
