I am so lucky that I found Dr. Quintero! I went to a few different surgeons, and while they seemed knowledgeable and very professional-they just didn’t feel “right.” As soon as we met with him, I knew he was the one within that first meeting. He is just very patient centric and it shows. Everything, from pre-surgery, all the way to aftercare has been amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I didn’t have any bruising, the scar is right in the crease (not to high or too low-perfect) and the implants are PERFECT. I love them! They are such a nice shape and they look so natural while still being very full like I wanted. His staff is also amazing. I’m partially Deaf and I have to read lips and body language. People have understandably gotten frustrated with me before (it’s easy to read in body language) and I didn’t get that AT ALL from any of his staff or the doctor himself. This is huge for me and I appreciate it so much. Thank you for such a great experience-I would absolutely recommend a thousand times over!! Worth every penny.
I'm 32 and recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Quintero and I can honestly say he is an amazing surgeon. I'm in love with my results!! After 2 kids my breast became saggy and I lost a lot of fullness. He did a lift with implants and provided me with the perfect size implant and an incredible lift. He was so patient and answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me and my anxiety. All of his staff was so sweet and helpful. I will forever be a patient of his. LOVE LOVE LOVE results and surgeon!
I was totally uninformed before walking into Dr Quintero’s office. He took so much time helping me to understand the safety measure and precautions that should be taken with me as a patient wanting plastic surgery. Him and his nurse made me feel comfortable, even chatting with no top on, and informed. His staff all make me feel important when I am in the office and we took our time outlining everything hat I really wanted. Fast forward to me actually saying yes and scheduling and I was a nervous wreck. Fast forward to the pre-op and Inwas impressed. Dr Quintero had me take more precautions for my well being in the operation room than any of my friends had taken with their surgeons. I knew I made the correct decision. I went into surgery a pancake chested middle aged woman with a mid section that has never cooperated. I came out a beautifully sculpted woman that I like looking at. My follow up appointments have been positive and my weekends were assured with the office staff letting me know they were a phone call away, and they were. From start to today (2 weeks post op) I have been impressed fully with this office and will highly recommend them to any and everyone that wants to hear about my new boobs! Thanks Doc and staff!
Dr. Quintero was not the first consultation that I had, but he was the last. He is amazing and I cannot say enough about his work. I was fortunate enough to be able to carry twins to 38 weeks before having them via c section in 2012. They were very healthy and very large 7lbs 10 oz and 6 lbs 10 oz. As you can imagine, this caused alot of internal and external damage. I had an umbilical hernia that needed to be repaired. My skin was so stretched during pregnancy that it sagged over my c section scar. The abdominal muscles that are supposed to run down your middle were underneath my ribs. No amount of diet an exercise can fix that. I am a fit 5'7 155 lbs and my muscles would not go back where they belonged, neither would the sagging skin snap back into place. I will be at 6 weeks post op on March 21, 2018 and I could not be happier with the way my procedure has gone. His staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Quintero's demeanor is very calming and you can tell that he cares about his patients. Zero regrets about this procedure.
At 55 I wanted a TummyTuck....and why not? I've raised my children and my husband agreed it was a good time. My hubby was very supportive (now I know why!) The results are amazing. So tickled! Dr. Quintero was compassionate and helpful and has such amazing life changing results. Love him and his caring staff!
I have two beautiful children and they have taken a toll on my body! Plus being very over weight before even getting pregnant with the first child didn't help at all. Updated on 15 Mar 2012: I called the doctor's office today and I have my pre-op appt on May 11th, to size myself up for the breast augmentation and take pics. My hubby is going with me and he is getting excited too. I am so lucky to have such a supportive husband! I am wondering weather to tell my kids I am having the surgery or not. They are 6 and 18 months. I know my 18 month old won't even know what I'm saying, but for my 6 year old I don't know if he would totally understand what I'm talking about either... Any thought anyone??? Updated on 13 May 2012: I went to the PS for my pre-op appointment on Friday. Even though the wait was extremely long, it was worth it! We took pics and tried implants in my sports bra. He wants to put 400cc in the left and 450cc in the right. ( My right breast is significantly smaller than my left) My PS plans to keep the TT scar extra low and extend it well past my hips. I am going to have Lipo on my "back fat" as I call it. :) He is also going to remove a skin tag I have below my right breast. I hope this surgery turns out as well as I see it in my head. I am getting so excited about my makeover!!!!! After this appointment it finally seems real to my hubby who has become super supportive about this mommy makeover. Only a few more weeks left! Updated on 18 Jun 2012: I am getting so excited. I have a count down on my phone and at work! Any advice???? Only 9 days to go :) Updated on 25 Jun 2012: Two more days! Anyone have any suggestions on what to eat the day before surgery? I have thought about a normal breakfast, a salad for lunch and a protein shake for dinner... Sound good? Any last minute suggestions to get before wednesday? I have already gotten plenty of maxi pads, a toilet seat riser, neosporen, guaze, waterless shampoo and conditioner, a recliner and plenty of salt free foods. Happy healing everyone! Updated on 30 Jun 2012: Sorry I have waited so long to update! My surgery went well. It took about 7 hours to complete and he had a really rough time with my left breast. I went for my post op appointment and Dr. Quintero was very pleased with how I am progressing. I am in swell hell. The doc prescribed me Lasix to try and get rid of some of the swelling, My scar is really low and I am super happy about that!! I can not wait until all of the swelling is gone and I can be normal again!!! Happy healing ladies!
Thank you for your question You can wear a sunscreen while driving down to your procedure and then just bring a makeup remover wipe and wipe it off before surgery. The only reason they don't like you wearing makeup is because of the monitors they use in surgery. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question No taking antibiotics will not interfere with your Botox injections. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question. Yes this is completely normal. Swelling of the abdominal tissue can last all the way up to 6 months. It's important to wear a compression garment for 1-2 months if you can and then transition to a spanx for the next couple months. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question No you are okay to have a Botox treatment before your surgery. No issues with doing it before surgery. Best of luck and enjoy your Botox and mommy makeover!
Thank you for your question Honestly the difference between 400cc and 450cc is very small. I always tell patients to really notice a difference between sizes it has to be 75cc to 100cc difference. I would encourage you to bring your concern up to your plastic surgeon and you two decide on good fit for you. Best of luck
