Had Dermaplaning yesterday. What is going on? (Photo)

Had dermaplaning with the Fire and Ice facial one day ago. Woke up to this. It burns and actually painful alittle. My face is so dry and I can't put anything on it due to burning and the area welts. What is going on and how can I resolve this quickly? It's the weekend so I have a couple days. But I have to work on Monday! Side note- my face was clear prior. Just a small amount of sun damage. Clear skin to this. I am mortified! Please help!

There is a great product by ZO called Revititrol which contains colloidal oatmeal This is very soothing post tx, and may help significantly. I would also recommend you take an anti-histamine to calm down the response. Please re-visit your healthcare provider so that he/she may evaluate you and come up with a treatment plan that best suits your skin. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your question.It appears you have some bruising from the dermalplaning. I would contact your provider and have them eval you in person to make sure you are not having an allergic reaction to a product that was used.
