2 year old implants - Is it normal to have reoccurring pain in one breast around the time of menstruation every month?

I get quite a sore/tender swollen lump in my left side, it’s to the left of my implant. This pain only comes before menstruation starts and it lasts for about a week. I understand that a lot of girls get breast pain around this time, but mine is incrredibly bad and only localised to one spot inside my breast. I have had my implants for over 2 years now, they seem fine and I dont think I habe any issues specifically with the implants, I’m just concerned about the lump and what it may be. Its quite large too, about the size of a grape
