Hello, intranasal healing is slower than any part of the body. If you are experiencing bleeding from time to time probably your intranasal capillaries damaged. Unfortunately pain is normal after nasal fracture but it is better to see a recent nasal graphy to figure out the problem.
Good Morning! If it's been 4 months and still bleeds, I would have it evaluated to ensure nothing else is happening. A CT scan may be needed to see the nasal structure.
