Hello, it seems there is a minor change on your nose tip but it may be a swelling. Unfortunately some patients experience edema/swelling for long periods. For rhinoplasty operation final result is seen around 10-12 months also many things can cause swelling on your nose. You should wait few more months. If you don't like the outcome than with only tipplasty nose tip can be redefined.

Unfortunately I can not comment for other patients because I do not know the performed technique or is any cartilage used for nose tip. But standard progress is (of course it is not possible to provide an exact timing and it depends on patient ) in 3-4 months senses should be coming and nose tip should start softening. They shouldn't be experiencing inflexibility of nose tip after 8-10 months. Of course every patient has different recovery experience and period but final result should be seen around a year.
