Of course in time there will be minor changes but in general that is your nose shape. If you are not satisfied with the result you should consider a revision procedure. As far as I can see from these photos during your rhinoplasty operation, performing surgeon couldn't follow the right path.
Hello, it seems there is a minor change on your nose tip but it may be a swelling. Unfortunately some patients experience edema/swelling for long periods. For rhinoplasty operation final result is seen around 10-12 months also many things can cause swelling on your nose. You should wait few more months. If you don't like the outcome than with only tipplasty nose tip can be redefined.

Rasping the hump (hump reduction) will be good for the facial proportion and with tipplasty (nose tip definition) I believe you will be satisfied with the result. In these photos I can't see your frontal proportion but from side photos, it seems these procedures are enough to achieve your desired look.
