Is it normal for breast to itch 6 weeks post op lift and augmentation?

Hello, I got a breast lift (anchor) with saline implants (450cc) I know it’s common for incisions to be itchy because of the healing. But I’m not just itchy on the incisions... it’s mostly on the sides of breast where there isn’t any incisions. I was getting burning sensations last week and now its just itchy. Is this normal 6 weeks post op? I have some redness but when I seen my dr 2 weeks ago he told me the redness was from my skin stretching due to my large implant. Any suggestions?
