Thanks for the question. From observation of your photo, it appears that Restylane Refyne would be the best product to treat your problem. There is less swelling with Restylane and in the hands of an experienced oculofacial surgeon you should have good results. Good luck!

Hi @Chicago8894! Half a syringe is very minimal. I would start with 1 syringe on each cheek. 1 syringe is approximately the size of a blueberry. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

How many weeks after lip fillers is the filler still malleable or moveable?

Thank you for your question. The final result of filler takes two weeks to show after all of the swelling has gone down and at that point the filler is no longer moveable. I hope this information helps. I have also attached a link and video with more information on fillers.
