Will a half of syringe of Restylane in each cheek make a difference? I want some volume in each cheek for restorative reasons not for enhancement. I have been encouraged to do one syringe for each cheek. But I am petite with small features and my gut is telling me to do a half. I’d rather go conservative. Am I being told to do one each because a half work make a difference?

Answer: Cheek Half a ml per cheek is a very subtle amount of filler - but if you want to go conservatively to begin with its entirely up to you as long as you're aware the result may be barely noticeable - having said that you can always just keep adding in - the filler wont go anywhere for a while so feel free to add in at your own pace.

Answer: Half a syringe A half a syringe is 0.5 CC barely takes up 1/4 of a tablespoon. If you talking about regular Restylane and not Restylane lift it even gets more complicated as regular Restylane really does not have enough body to lift the tissue in that amount in that area. When I look at your picture I see not only a need for lifting the cheek but also midface volume loss. 1/2 a syringe is just not going to be enough to be noticeable in most patients . I would just find an experienced injector and go for an evaluation and see what they suggest. It is better to save up for the cost of more filler if needed then spend your money and not be happy.
