Best Restylane family filler to camouflage dents?

Thanks for the question. From observation of your photo, it appears that Restylane Refyne would be the best product to treat your problem. There is less swelling with Restylane and in the hands of an experienced oculofacial surgeon you should have good results. Good luck!

Thank you for your question.  I agree with the other doctors that have responded that Restylane Refyne is a great product.  It is a super smooth product and doesn't swell up as much as some of the Juvederm products.  I would suggest seeing a Board Certified Injector in person to evaluate you, discuss your options and answer any questions you may have.  Best of luck to you.

I sub-categorize the hyaluronic acid (HA) gel fillers according to: 

volumizing (filling space), 
projection (tension) and 
lines. 
Restylane provides 3 generations of fillers with different behaviors; according to the length of the molecule and its cross-linking. 

Generation 1: Restylane classic: general volume. Good to great for lips, folds, dents, cheeks, chin, temples, hands...
Generation 2:Restylane Lyft: best projection. Good to push out an area like the cheeks, chin, lateral oral commissure, buccal lip projection...
Generation 3: Restylane Refyne: best for dermal wrinkles / etched lines and Restylane Defyne for folds. This generation reduces the obvious over-fill associated with prior generations and fades nicely into the adjacent tissue providing resistance against re-creasing the line / wrinkle / fold.
Refyne for lip white line and peri-oral wrinkles, crows feet, facial skin lines, forehead furrows and necklace lines.
Defyne for deeper areas of folding (smooth rounded trough): good for folds, dents and lateral oral commissures and vermillion lip. 
Based on your photo, I would say Defyne. Please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with lots of experience and skill using minimally invasive injectables. All the best!

Hello and thank you for your question and photo.  I love using Restylane Refyne for finer lines , it won't give you too much volume but just enough for what you're seeking.

I use Lyft because I think it has limited bruising and that’s important to my patients.   However, icing the area methodically after any injectables is extremely beneficial.

I like to use Restylane Refyne when treating fine lines around the mouth. Restylane Defyne works well for deeper folds. 

For superficial correction (creases/dents) I prefer either Restylane silk or Belotero.   They have good viscosity and tend not to attract much water (I.e. less swelling)  

Actually for what you want the best filler would be either Belotero or Versa.  please see a board certified dermatologist who is experienced in the use of fillers

I think the the Refyne would be a great choice for that area.  Nice and smooth without attracting a lot of moisture... and also not a huge volume filler!  Thank you...
