Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas creating a shape that accentuates your hips & buttocks. Fat transfer to your hips & buttocks will bring out your curves, increase volume in your buttocks and improve shape. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks and hips should give you more projection. To make an assessment based on pictures we need to see standard quality pictures. These pictures should be taken by someone else or using the timer on your camera from about 8 feet away showing your front, side and back standing in a neutral position.

Your picture shows you have an excellent S-curve without the need for surgical intervention.

If you want to add volume to certain areas then you certainly can. To learn more about surgical procedures and get a more accurate assessment I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with Liposuction and fat transfer.

Delivering consistent high-quality Liposuction and a fat transfer results is more difficult than people believe.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing the most experienced and talented providers for these procedures.
