Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas creating a shape that accentuates your hips & buttocks. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks and hips should give you more projection. I agree you need a lipo 360 with a "lateral BBL or hip dip BBL. Best to seek in person or virtual consultations with private practice boarded PSs. Fees in the $6,500 ranges +/-.

To make an assessment based on pictures we need to see standard quality pictures. These pictures should be taken by someone else or using the timer on your camera from about 8 feet away showing your front, side and back standing in a neutral position.

Your picture shows you have an excellent S-curve without the need for surgical intervention.

If you want to add volume to certain areas then you certainly can. To learn more about surgical procedures and get a more accurate assessment I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with Liposuction and fat transfer.
